Yes, another familiar phenomenon.  Entropy is always hard at work here.  
I saw a photo of someone's workshop once, where he had an entire wall 
covered in those small parts cabinets that are so ubiquitous.  It also

Yes, exactly.  FDOS is at 2000 (in EPROM), and TEA is at 4000.  PIP and 
mbmutil (also in EPROM) are at 2d00 and 3500, but you can start those 
directly from FDOS with "hot keys".  Same with TEA, once it's on the 
MBM.  In order for TEA and ASM1 to run each other they need to be saved 
on the MBM as "TEAMBM" and "ASM1".  That's easy to change, but that's 
how they call each other, and how the FDOS "hot key" calls TEA.

Yes, I still have the Dunfield monitor at 0000.  It wouldn't be too hard 
to replace it with FDOS, but the monitor is still useful, especially if 
you have another computer and you want to transfer some files between them.
